I love flowers, and that is why I’m excited to share today’s craft project!
At least twice a month, I visit stores around my area to purchase as many bouquets of flowers as possible. I like the freshness of real flowers, but I enjoy the longevity of artificial flowers more. Also, the quality of faux flowers is so much better nowadays that they look just as beautiful as real flowers.
This easy and gorgeous flower frame was very easy to make. I was able to complete it in about an hour, and the best part was that I already had all the supplies at home!
Follow the instructions below for inspiration.
Supplies:
- Wood Frame
- Artificial Flowers
- Poster Board
- Glue Gun
- Gold Spray Paint
- Gold Trim
Instructions:
- First, I painted the wood frame with gold spray paint. This wood frame was a part of a canvas that I recycled.
- After the paint had dried on the wood, I cut a piece of poster board and glued it to the back of the frame with a glue gun.
- Next, I used the hot glue gun again to adhere the flowers to the poster board. I made sure I glued enough flowers so that the poster board was no longer visible.
- Finally, I cut a piece of gold trim and made a hanger for the back of the frame.
This project is so pretty, and I just love the color of the flowers mixed with the gold frame. I can’t wait to show it off!
Very rustic and beautiful, as always. 🙂
Thank you so much!
Beautiful DIY! Love it! ❤️😊
