Christmas

Have a Merry Christmas

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It’s also the most wonderful time to decorate and be creative. Christmas crafting and decorating bring me so much joy. I love seeing the faces of my family as they view all the decorations I placed inside our home.

For today’s blog post, I wanted to share some of the festive things I created for the holidays. Hopefully, this post will provide you with some inspiration!

Decorating my living room is always at the top of the list. My family gathers in this room first thing in the morning and at the end of each day. My son loves sitting by the Christmas tree before he goes to school.

Do you like snow globes, because I love them! Now you can make your own globes. I bought some inexpensive kits at a dollar store. You just have to add glitter, water, glycerin, and miniature Christmas figurines.

I bought a pack of wood discs about a year ago for another project, but I had yet to use them. So I decided to bring them out this year and turn them into ornaments. First, I painted the discs and then added bows and some vinyl letters I cut with my Cricut.

If you have followed this blog for any time, you already know that I am a huge fan of wreaths. I will make a wreath any time of the year, but my favorite is always Christmastime.

Last but certainly not least is all the candy I bought for Christmas. I’ve placed candy and other treats throughout my house. We usually limit our sugar intake, so this is probably the only time of the year that my family and I allow ourselves to indulge our sweet tooth without regrets.

Thanks for reading about some of my favorite decorations. I hope you all have a safe and merry Christmas!
